Items are to be returned to us within 28 days of receiving your order.

Please complete the Returns form included with your order and take your parcel to any Post Office. A returns fee of £2.99 will be deducted from the refunded amount.

We offer one Free exchange per order.

After goods are received & quality checked your refund will be credited to the original payment method, including the original cost of standard delivery. We aim to process your return within 14 working days of receipt.

We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 28 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 28 days may be returned to you. Products must be in the original unworn condition with all tags attached. Swimwear must have the sanitary strip intact.

If you have ordered from Debenhams (including Debenhams brands such as Boohoo) or Matalan, returns must be sent back to us using the returns link provided on the return section in the relevant 3rd party platform.

Please note, 3rd party platforms refunds can take up to 30 days after receipt of the goods.
