The inspiration behind this philanthropic mission emerged from his late philanthropist parents father Chandra Jung Lamichhane and mother Rukbina Lamichhane.

The Lamichhane Foundation believes everyone deserves a better quality of life. Established to uplift communities, we work across the UK & Nepal, focusing on education, women’s empowerment, cancer care support, poverty alleviation and natural disaster relief. NEPAL FLOODS APPEAL

On 26 August 2026, a catastrophic glacial collapse in Tibet triggered severe flash floods down the Lende Khola, devastating Nepal’s Rasuwa region. Entire communities and critical infrastructure have been destroyed, resulting in significant casualties and widespread displacement.
