Returns & Refunds

We don't want our Gini gals to stress, so you currently have up to 28 days to return your items, regardless of whether they are faulty, not quite the right fit, or you have simply changed your mind. We don't yet offer free returns unless it is our mistake, but keep checking back as we hope to change this in future.

We will process refunds within 5 days of receiving the item/s, back to your original payment method. If an item is faulty or we've made a mistake, we will of course cover the cost of returns postage. Otherwise we will ask you to organise your own return postage.

Delivery Info

We are currently offering FREE UK delivery if you spend £75 or more! For now we are only delivering within the UK due to challenges resulting from the UK leaving the EU. We hope to expand our delivery network in the future. For updates follow us on social or sign up to our newsletter.

UK Standard – £3.99 per order or FREE if you spend £75+. Standard UK orders take 2-3 working days via Royal Mail.

UK Next Day – £5.99 per order. Order by 2.30pm Mon-Thurs if you want to take advantage of Next Day Delivery within the UK. Please allow an extra day for each bank holiday as we are closed.
